I have serious doubts about whether I would have been able to purchase my current home without the help of Moshe Wilshinsky. Not only did he find a bank to work with my complicated finances, work to find a creative solution for transferring my funds into Israel, cut through most of the red tape, work closely with my lawyer, and explain every step along the way, he was also a pleasure to work with.
Throughout the entire process, Moshe took great care to listen to what I'm looking for and tailor a solution that meets my needs. Every option was explained to me, with Moshe answering any questions I had. When it was practical (and after receiving authorization) Moshe would go above and beyond, working with my accountant and lawyer to handle tasks without me needing to get involved. It felt like I was Moshe's total focus; he always had time for me, and always cared about my needs and opinions.
But more than just caring, Moshe has the experience, knowledge, background, and connections to carry through on his desire to help me. Moshe was able to work with his contacts in the banks to get me some very favorable rates and terms. He made sure that when I needed to talk to an employee directly, that I was contacted by someone who spoke English. As a bonus, Moshe was able to use his many years in this business to predict the trends in interest rates and proactively move to protect me against them.
I cannot say enough about how much of a pleasure it was to work with Moshe. But regardless of how well he treated me and how much he knew, the most important thing is that at the end of the day he was able to help me get the mortgage I needed with a minimum of red tape. His care and compassion for me as a person and future homeowner was clear in how much time and effort he put in so that I could get what I needed. I would (and have) recommend Moshe to anyone looking for a mortgage, and would not consider working with anyone else if I ever have a need for another mortgage.
